Responsibilities: -Attend to walk in customers and provide good customer service
- Provide timely response to customer feedback or enquiries
- Attend to customers¡¯ email and phone enquiries professionally and amicably
- Liaise and coordinate between vendors to ensure the Campaign requirements are met
- Manage the after sales service
- Generate invoices, quotes and purchase orders
- Any other ad hoc and administration duties as assigned
